 We’re looking for candidates with two or more years of experience running Haas CNC Mills and Lathes. You should be capable of using MasterCam or an equivalent programming software and have a solid understanding of tooling and machining processes. It's essential that you can accurately read and interpret drawings and have a general knowledge of materials such as stainless steel and aluminum.

Proficient time management skills are a must to ensure the timely completion of tasks. Additionally, maintaining a tidy and organized work area is crucial.

As a member of our welding team, you will prepare and weld structural members, including MIG and TIG welding. You'll be responsible for inspecting and identifying the correct materials for each job and ensuring a proper fit and finish of all products. Following our welding procedures and company specifications is crucial. Additionally, you'll perform other assigned duties as needed.

We seek candidates with 2 or more years of experience with MIG welding, the ability to read blueprints, and a solid understanding of welding procedures. You should be capable of following both written and oral instructions, and you must work well both independently and as part of a team.

Drivers will be responsible for driving to and from locations to pick up and deliver parts. You will ensure vehicles are properly maintained and consistently kept clean. Keeping an inspection checklist to adhere to DOT guidelines and prioritizing safety both when operating vehicles and working around the shop are essential. Additional duties may include using a bandsaw, sandblasting, cleaning, and organizing. You will also help organize and maintain the material yard in a tidy manner.

To qualify, you must have a valid license and a clean driving record. Previous driving experience is required, but no CDL is necessary. Proficiency in forklift operation is needed, and prior experience in an industrial environment is preferred.
