Full-Time | $27.00–$32.00 per hour + Benefits, based on experience

Reuss Industries is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer / Lead Machinist to join our team in Madison, PA. This is a hands-on position for someone who understands machining from print to finished part. The right candidate won’t just create programs, they’ll work directly with our CNC equipment, assist with setups and production, troubleshoot machining issues, and help provide day-to-day guidance to CNC operators on the shop floor. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, can solve problems independently, and is comfortable being a go-to technical resource for the machining department.

• Program HAAS CNC mills and lathes using Mastercam or equivalent CAM software
• Set up, operate and troubleshoot CNC equipment
• Work hands-on with Haas CNC mills and lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and job specifications
• Determine appropriate tooling, speeds, feeds and machining processes
• Make program adjustments and optimize machining processes as needed
• Assist with machining and production when needed
• Help troubleshoot setup, tooling, programming and quality issues
• Provide direction and technical support to CNC operators
• Help ensure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently and on schedule
• Work with management and other departments to resolve production challenges
• Maintain a safe, organized and productive machining environment

• 2+ years of CNC programming experience required
• Experience programming and operating CNC mills and/or lathes
• Experience with Mastercam or comparable CAM software
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling
• Ability to independently set up and run CNC equipment
• Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Familiarity with machining materials including stainless steel and aluminum
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Ability to provide guidance and support to other machinists and operators
• Dependable, organized and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Experience with Haas CNC equipment is strongly preferred.

$27.00–$32.00 per hour, based on experience

Full-time, in-person position at our Madison, PA facility.

Typical work weeks are approximately 40 - 46 hours, with overtime available during busy periods, including occasional extended hours or Saturdays.

As a member of our welding team, you will prepare and weld structural members, including MIG and TIG welding. You'll be responsible for inspecting and identifying the correct materials for each job and ensuring a proper fit and finish of all products. Following our welding procedures and company specifications is crucial. Additionally, you'll perform other assigned duties as needed.

We seek candidates with 2 or more years of experience with MIG welding, the ability to read blueprints, and a solid understanding of welding procedures. You should be capable of following both written and oral instructions, and you must work well both independently and as part of a team.
